Provide the street or road, house number, colonia or neighbourhood, municipality and department. Include a helpful landmark and working local telephone number where needed.

Allow for rain and intercity travel

Heavy rain can slow city and coastal roads. Arrange important gifts earlier outside the metropolitan area or when the delivery must arrive before a ceremony.

Giving venues a named receiving contact

Hotels need the guest’s reservation and arrival details, while offices need the company and department. Ask hospitals whether a patient’s ward accepts flowers.

Sending sympathy flowers with care

Funeral flowers are available. Provide the family or deceased name, ceremony location, service time and receiving contact, leaving time for preparation.

What days of the week do you deliver flowers?

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available.

What are your normal delivery hours?

Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 and 21:00 in the recipient's time zone.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 04:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

You can request a preferred delivery time, but exact times cannot be guaranteed, as deliveries depend on florist routes and workload.
